D.B.C. Return Policy

Cancellation and Return Policy:

Within the U.S.

All payments are divided into two parts:

a Deposit Payment, sent when an order is placed and

a Final Payment, sent when an order is completed.

Deposit Payments are non-refundable, as that covers the cost of materials and time spent on the project. The remaining balance of payment (Final Payment) is refundable as long as the customer has contacted Davey Blaze Customs within 5 Days of receiving the items, and ships them back within 10 days. If these time restrictions are not met, exceptions may be made and refunds still allowed at the discretion of Davey Blaze Customs. Refund will be granted upon delivery of returned items, assuming the items are in the same condition that they were in when shipped to customer. Customers may also opt to cancel an order and not send the Final payment, however they will not receive their item in that case. Exceptions may be made to this Policy if agreed to between Customer and D.B.C. prior to placing an order.

Outside of the U.S.

Due to the time and expense of shipping overseas and the difficulty in tracking, Return Services are not available for International Orders unless otherwise specified between D.B.C. and the Customer. If return Services are agreed to, time restrictions still apply. Exceptions may be made to this Policy if agreed to between Customer and D.B.C. prior to placing an order.
