The Punisher Custom Action Figure: Frank Castle a.k.a. The Punisher, as he appears in his 1st Appearance in The Amazing Spider-Man #129 (1974).

Meet..The Punisher.

Shortly after a tour in Vietnam, Castle, his wife, Maria & their children were in Central Park for an afternoon picnic when they witnessed a Mafia gangland execution. Seeking to eliminate all witnesses, the Costa crime family murdered them on the spot. However, Castle survived. Frank was able to identify the shooters but the police (due to internal mafia ties) were unwilling to help Castle seek Justice. He decided that the only punishment criminals might receive is that of physical destruction.

Shortly after the Murder of his Family and after the Police Department seemed incapeable of achieving Justice, Frank emblazoned his body armor with a symbol of a death's head, and exacted his revenge. Since then he has waged a one-man war upon crime, taking the name Punisher. Now he sees the world in very black and white terms, he solves his problems with utter finality. His response to any problem: when in doubt, hit back hard.

The Punisher Custom Action Figure comes with scratch made Concussion Sniper Rifle (as seen in his First Appearance Issue), A non-removable side-arm and a removable Pistol in his holster on his boot.

CONCUSSION SNIPER RIFLE: In his 1st Appearance issue, The Punisher has a very unique Gun which he calls a "Concussion Rifle". The Custom Punisher Figure comes with a scratch made Concussion Rifle. The Gun has three different looks in the comic. The cover art ( the gun body is one solid piece), the 1st shot of it in the comic (the body has two segments & an ammo magazine) and it's last appearance in the book (where it has a Sniper scope attachment mounted on top). I have combined all three looks.

Frank's removable Pistol holstered to his boot, as he appears on the cover of The Amazing Spider-Man #129 (although inside the comic, he has a knife instead of a pistol).

Frank's Pistol is removable from his boot holster and he can wield it quite expertly.

MILITARY EXPERIENCE (pt.1): Born in New York to parents of Italian ancestry, Francis Castiglione is a former U.S. Marine Captain. During his time in the United States Marine Corps (USMC), Castle graduated from Basic Training, then went on to Infantry School. Immediately following that, he went through the USMC's Reconnaissance, Force Reconnaissance and Sniper Schools.

MILITARY EXPERIENCE (pt.2)- Attaining dockets, Castle was permitted to go through U.S. Army Airborne School, and U.S. Navy Underwater Demolition Team training, becoming qualified as a Navy Seal (Sea, Air and Land). He served in the Vietnam War in a special forces unit as a point man. For heroism in the line of duty, he was decorated with numerous medals, including the Purple Heart.

Before Frank joined the Marines, he was studying to become a Catholic priest but changed his mind because he was unable to forgive those who did evil.
